Use before every live walkthrough. Tick on paper or Notes.

## Device

- [ ] Mac + iPhone/iPad charged
- [ ] Chrome **or** Safari only (one browser story)
- [ ] Hub + 4 flagships preloaded once (online)
- [ ] Airplane mode test: Prism still launches a game

## Demo seeds

- [ ] VaultCap `?demo=1` · Vault-only PIN **123456** unlocks (PIN is not shared with other Caps)
- [ ] PulseCap `?demo=1` shows workouts / Coach
- [ ] PrismCap registry shows **39** games
- [ ] SteadyCap `?demo=1` has recovery profile
- [ ] MasteryCap: Settings → Enter demo mode (do **not** rely on `?demo=1`)
- [ ] SoulCap `?demo=1` seeds clinical-path check-in (live Pages)

## Language (honesty)

- [ ] Never say “AI coach” for Pulse/Steady rules
- [ ] Vault: AES-256-GCM · device-held keys
- [ ] Steady SOS ≠ medical care
- [ ] Ledger ≠ investment advice
- [ ] SoulCap = clinical-path companion, not a medical device
- [ ] Social icons: GitHub live; others “coming soon” OK

## Failure drills

- [ ] If Vault blank → open Settings → Load demo / re-enter `?demo=1`
- [ ] If Travel flight lookup fails → manual entry (CORS / no server) — expected
- [ ] If IdeaCap mic fails → type idea (Smart Assistant still works)
- [ ] If Pages CDN stale → hard refresh / open `VERSION.json`

## Assets ready

- [ ] https://shamikhahmed.github.io/investor.html
- [ ] https://shamikhahmed.github.io/pitch.html
- [ ] https://shamikhahmed.github.io/enterprise.html
- [ ] Screenshot kit: `assets/investor/`
- [ ] One-pager PDF print from investor.html (⌘P → Save PDF)

## Do not

- [ ] Invent MAU / revenue / fake LLM
- [ ] Promise HealthKit / App Store / RevenueCat unless shipped
- [ ] Mix NEWS Logistics into Capricorn diligence
